Sarah & David are Engaged!

Sarah, David and I had a lot of fun with this shoot… it began in Grand Central and ended up with cupcakes! Can’t go wrong with that:)It was actually Sarah’s birthday the day of the shoot, so the cupcakes were pretty much a necessity!

I loved her dress and shoes! Her dress was from Anthropologie, of course (where all adorable things originate).

They changed outfits and we ventured into the seedy underbelly of Grand Central to check out the actual trains:)

After that, we headed outside and wandered a bit around the Bryant Park area.

Cupcake time! After the shoot we headed to Magnolia for some delicious desserts. Check out my food blog for a couple more delicious photos from the day!

Meg – Williamsburg

So, today is Meg’s birthday, and I decided it would be a good time to publish her photos!:)She and I headed over to to Williamsburg for a fun portrait session. This first shot is my favorite, love the soft colors!!

This was an extra fun shoot because Meg brought her dog, Shea, along with her!:)Shea is named after the one and only Shea Stadium… I have to say that Meg is one of the few people who rivals my husband for being the biggest Mets fan;)

Meg is definitely adventurous. She didn’t bat an eye getting up into this tree! I love how her dress looks against the texture of the tree

My Niece – 3 months

Jenna & Bob are Engaged!

I had such a great time with Jenna and Bob for their engagement session! It was so special because we got to do the session in the town where Jenna grew up, a really cool neighborhood in southern NJ called Medford Lakes.

I just LOVED the mood of the first photo, with the stillness of the water and the dock. What you don’t see is a bunch of people who were skinny dipping in the lake right nearby;)
