Teresa and Rick’s beach wedding at Gurney’s Inn in Montauk was such a happy, loving and wonderful celebration:)The atmosphere surrounding these two wonderful people was so warm and caring, it was easy to see how much love and light they bring to everyone around them. They had a perfect beach day for their celebration!

Their ceremony on the beach was not only lovely, but really sweet and personal. A close friend was the officiant, and other close friends gave funny and touching readings. Rick’s daughter Bettina joined in for a sand ceremony, officially bringing them all together as a family.

1920’s Style Brooklyn Botanical Garden Wedding – Featured on Glamour & Grace

I had so much fun documenting Kim & Matt’s wedding last year, and I’m beyond happy to see their wedding photos featured on the lovely Glamour & Grace blog! My favorite detail was the cake topper!

Besides being beautiful and incredibly detailed, their wedding was all about family, friends and having a good time. Kim & Matt’s daughter Marie stole the show as their flower girl:)

SoHo, NYC – Emily and Anne’s Wedding at the Housing Works Bookstore

Portrait of brides and detail of handmade bouquet made of books

I can’t imagine a more heartfelt and moving wedding ceremony than these two wonderful women shared! It was such an honor to be part of their wedding day and to witness their love and continued commitment to each other. They have been together for 25 years, and their lovely daughter is a testament to how strong their relationship is and how loving and caring they must be as parents.

Here are the brides with their daughter!

One of the things I loved most about their wedding day was how much care and consideration went into every facet of the day, with help from the amazing Viva of Viva Max Weddings. One of my favorite details was Emily’s bouquet, with flowers made completely from the pages of books.

Lavender was Emily’s mother’s favorite flower, so they had gorgeous fresh lavender everywhere!

Monsieur Singh Lassi provided the amazingly delicious lassi pops — served from a bicycle! It was a really cute part of the reception.

portrait of two brides in prospect park - in tunnel

I was beyond excited when Katje and Andy asked me to capture their wedding day! Katje is a wonderful wedding photographer herself, and also a very good friend. She and Andy are two of the sweetest and most caring women around, and I am so happy for the both of them! Their wedding day was nothing short of amazing and I loved every minute:)

Their adorable first look was on a NYC subway platform near Prospect Park.
