brides after their First Look in Central Park

I was so honored to capture Pam and Jen’s gorgeous Central Park wedding! They planned the wedding all the way from Texas, and really did their NYC destination wedding right:)It was a beautiful, quintessential fall day in the park, and the foliage was a perfect backdrop for their vows. I loved all of the gorgeous yellow and gray details that they incorporated (and their getting ready hotel even went with the color scheme!) Check out their bouquets — those are actually dried flowers!

I must say that my favorite part of the day was just after the ceremony, when all of the guests paraded behind two bagpipers all the way from the park to the reception restaurant!

bride and groom portraits by NYC city hall

Carrie and Rob were married at the NYC Marriage Bureau (aka City Hall) with their family, followed by a larger reception at City Hall Restaurant. Very NYC! It was altogether a very fun (and super stylish!) wedding celebration. Carrie’s bouquet, designed by Emily Thompson, was pretty amazing, along with the arrangements at the reception. I may have gone overboard with the flower photos;)

Barefoot bride and groom on the sand

Joanne and Sebastian were married in an intimate lakefront ceremony in Katonah, NY, where Sebastian grew up (and also where we shot their engagement photos!) It was a lovely ceremony — plus, I’m pretty sure we got one of the best bridal party shots ever, on top of a jungle gym!:)I was so honored to be a part of the small family wedding, and then to celebrate with everyone later on during the reception at the Scarsdale Women’s Club.
